Viktor Frankl and making Meaning

?The logotherapist?s role consists of widening and broadening the visual field of the patient so that the whole spectrum of potential meaning becomes conscious and visible to him.? ??Viktor Frankl 1959

Finally read "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frank!l. A truly inspiring story of his personal experience, his development of "Logotherapy" and his recognition of the importance of meaning making. I wonder what the application of this approach might be to the organisational setting? What would organisations look like that developed shared meaning and purpose with their employees - over and above "delivering shareholder value"? Frankl's focus on meaning making seems consistent in many ways with a developmental approach to coaching and a complex adaptive systems approach to organisations
