Prior to Ascent Coaching and Training, Kevin held sales management positions with Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Baxter Healthcare, Novartis and Nutricia. In 2011, he completed his Masters degree at the world’s leading Coaching Psychology unit at Sydney University.
Kevin is strongly committed to positive change at the individual and organisational level with a particular interest in workplace engagement and leadership development. He uses current best knowledge combined with practitioner expertise to deliver coaching programs premised on the evidence-based approach to coaching developed by the Coaching Psychology Unit at the University of Sydney. With highly developed coaching micro-skills Kevin is able to establish the trust with coachees that is critical to co-creating a successful coaching relationship.
Kevin’s industry experience, his strong communication skills and deep understanding of the coaching process, combine to produce a personable and authentic coaching style that both challenges and supports coachees in meeting their individual and organisational developmental needs.
